requires "Initial" & Annual "Refresher" training

OSHA requires that employees with occupational exposure to BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS must complete training "before" starting their job duties and then receive refresher training on an annual basis

HIPAA

requires "Initial" training & "Periodic" training

HIPAA requires that new hires are trained "within a reasonable period of time" (interpreted as the first few days or weeks of hire) and then "periodically" (interpreted as annually) on HIPAA PRIVACY, SECURITY & BREACH NOTIFICATION regulations

  • How quickly will I receive the link for the training?

    Immediately. Once the payment is processed, a link to the training is immediately sent to the email provided at the time of the purchase and the purchaser can begin the course at anytime

  • How do I purchase a single link/seat for someone other than myself, for example one employee?

    You can purchase the seat/link as a "GIFT" during checkout and designate the recipient by providing their email address and other information. Be sure to include a message such as "You have been enrolled in XYZ course". The recipient will immediately receive an email notification to redeem the online training "seat/link" and can start the course at any time

  • How do I purchase "multiple" seats/links?

    You can purchase multiple course seats/links during checkout. After your purchase, you'll automatically be assigned the **Seat Manager** role, which allows you to manage all of the seats you've purchased. Simply share the enrollment link with your employees, and each employee can use the link to claim a seat, create their own account, and access the course.

  • How do I purchase additional course seats from my Seat Manager Dashboard?

    If you need to purchase additional course seats for your employees, simply sign in to your Admin Dashboard and locate the course or training program (such as New Hire Training) for which you want to purchase more seats. Click Manage, then select Purchase More Seats to complete your order.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes. At the end of each course you will be prompted to download and print your certificate to document fulfilment of the training requirement

  • Will I be able to pick-up where I left off or do I have to start the course from the beginning?

    You will be able to continue where you left off; stop and start at anytime. However, you are required to complete each chapter before moving on to the next chapter

  • How long will I have access to the online course(s)?

    Once you're enrolled in a course(s), you'll have access for 30 days. If you need more time, contact us for an extension

  • Is there a quiz?

    Yes. There is a quiz after each chapter. We want to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the course content

  • We have "new hires" when do they have to be trained?

    OSHA & HIPAA requires new hires to have "initial" training prior to the commencement of duties, and with the hiring process proving to be challenging and difficult over the past year (high turnover rate), the retention rate has been tough. By Integrating our OSHA & HIPAA online training course as a part of your onboarding process for new employees, would give you full access to our courses thereby fulfilling the “initial” training requirement for new hires.
