  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes. At the end of each course you will be prompted to download and print your certificate to document fulfilment of the training requirement

  • Will I be able to pick-up where I left off or do I have to start the course from the beginning?

    You will be able to continue where you left off; stop and start at anytime. However, you are required to complete each chapter before moving on to the next chapter

  • Is there a quiz?

    Yes. There is a quiz after each chapter. We want to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the course content

  • We have "new hires" when do they need to be trained?

    OSHA, HIPAA, DOT & Florida Department of Health requires new hires to have "initial" training prior to the commencement of duties, and with the hiring process proving to be challenging and difficult over the years (high turnover rate), the retention rate has been tough. By Integrating our OSHA, HIPAA, DOT & FDOH online training courses as a part of your onboarding process for new employees. you employees will be given access to our courses thereby fulfilling the “initial” training requirement for new hires.

  • What is the process for bulk purchasing?

    At checkout you will be asked to either email (on an excel template) or enter the names, email addresses and job titles of all employees or new hires who are required to complete the course(s). Employees will be enrolled in the course(s), and an email with the link will be sent to each employee and they can begin at anytime.

  • How quickly will I receive the link for the training?

    Once a course if purchased, you will receive a link for the training to your email address, within an hour or less if 1-3 courses are purchased and within 1-4 hours for bulk purchases.

First of all: GREAT. Here some feedback and observations: In Chapter 1 in the session "Training Requirements". App. at 0:49 seconds there is a picture with a woman performing dental work. She is wearing both facial protection and a mask. However, the mask is below her nose. Can be OK since she is wearing facial protection as well but would recommend replacing with a picture with a proper fitted mask. Chapter 4, session "Other PPE's". At app. 6:04 minutes a very blurry picture from CDC stating step 15 of 24 stays for app. 1 minute. Suggest removing or replacing with something of shorter duration. I thought my computer was freezing.
